The year 2020 offered us a very healthy and abundant harvest. 100% pinot noir, it comes from bleeding at the beginning of the maceration of our Burgundy Red cuvée “Chant de la Tour”, and vinified in stainless steel vats.

Tasting: the translucent robe is between raspberry and rose petal. The nose is rather discreet, slightly reduced, letting gooseberry and smoky and toasted notes escape. The palate is round, very ample, airy, with a freshness as intense as it is delicate, stretched by a spidery acidity, and endowed with a vaporous, caressing texture. The finish gains even more freshness and pep, on sour cherry and gooseberry, with persistence on smoky/grilled notes and damp earth.
