Average age of the vineyard: 26 years – Average yield: 55 hl/ha

Harvest and Vinification: Manual and mechanical harvest Grapes sorted on table with 3 sorting stations Vinification in whole berries and punching down. Vatting 30 days Aging 6 months in
concrete vats. No added sulfites, even at bottling.

Tasting: the dress is dark purple, very dark purple, almost opaque. The nose is expressive, on black fruit cream and sweet spices. The mouth is round, ample, opulent, offering a dense and velvety substance of an impressive concentration, with very ripe fruit refreshed by a fine trickle of carbon dioxide. The balance is stunning, because despite its apparent richness, this wine is easy to drink. The finish goes up another notch in concentration with tannins that point their nose, but these are ripe and perfectly integrated, resulting in a gourmet and fruity chewiness, on black cherry, sweet spices and cocoa.
