A biodynamic Edelzwicker and now without added sulfites, pleasure and freshness above all.

Tasting: the color is straw yellow, brilliant. The nose has a finely oxidative side on marzipan and dried white fruits. The palate is slender, bursting with freshness, with a lively material of crystalline purity that flows in the mouth like water from a torrent, while keeping this oxidative patina – a little more pronounced than on the nose. The finish prolongs the tension of the mouth with even more vigor, without the slightest aggressiveness, quite the contrary: it's a great flow of love that you take in the face, with accents of dried apple and fruit to grilled shell.
