Vinification: Microplot selection, indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction, short maceration, sulfur-free vinification and aging in concrete vats on fine lees.

Tasting: the dress is deep purple, opaque. The nose is greedy, on black fruits simmering in the cauldron, cherry stone, cocoa and pepper. The mouth is round, very ample, velvety, deploying a fleshy, pulpy substance, with absolutely irresistible fruit, and a remarkable freshness. The finish gains in concentration and chewiness while having even more fruit and freshness. Wickedly addictive!
