Vinification: Semi-carbonic Syrah immersed in direct pressing of Grenache and Cinsault Tasting: the color is translucent purple. The nose is very expressive (yogurt with red fruits) but also floral and peppery. The palate is round, ample, fresh, with a supple, fruity substance, highly digestible. The finish is slightly chewy, on "yogurt" red fruits, peony and pepper.
