Vinification & Aging: the harvest upon receipt is sorted, destemmed. No reassembly or shedding. Duration of maceration 3 days, pneumatic pressing, isolating the press wines, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Bottling June 2020 without filtration and without added sulfite.
Pairing with food: It goes perfectly with grilled meats, poultry, cold cuts and cheeses.
