Vinification: Blend of Groslot and Cabernet Franc with aging in ceramic underground vats. – No filtration or added sulfites
Tasting: the color is translucent purple. The nose is lively, fresh, on blackcurrant and redcurrant, stalk and pepper. The palate is round, ample, fresh and tonic, with a supple, airy body with expressive fruit, and a well-marked sparkling that can make you think of a Lambrusco. The finish is still just as fresh and invigorating, with even more marked liveliness and delicious fruit.
